Q. What information do I need to have available to place an order?
When you are ready to place your order please know the following information: - The date of the event - The actual address where the delivery is to be made - The delivery date and time - The pickup date and time - The items that you wish to order - Payment information - Contact Information including email address and fax number
Q. What is the most effective way to place an order?
To expedite your order with A-1 Rental Centers you can either order via the telephone, by fax or by completing the online rental form and sending it to us via email. Either way is equally as effective.
Q. What payment options does A-1 Rental Centers offer?

Q. Is a deposit required on a rental order?
A-1 Rental Centers collects an initial deposit prior to the event with the final payment due on or before delivery by A-1 Rental Centersl or pickup by the customer.
Q. How far in advance do I need to place an order?
The sooner the better. Although our inventory is extensive, we do operate on a first come first serve basis. Additionally, we like to make sure that every item rented is clean and ready for your event. The sooner we know the better prepared we can be for your event or celebration.
